PAYMENT TO OUR SERVICES / PRODUCTS

  • Payment information provided to us is limited in scope. Our sales and purchase records are exclusively used for GST (Goods and Services Tax) purposes.

 

  • We do not offer a feature for inputting or storing Debit/Credit Card Numbers on our site. Payments are processed through a Third-Party Gateway.

 

  • We verify members’ bank account numbers in our bank transactions to confirm payment. Payments made through any other account, except those provided to us, will not be registered and acknowledged as valid payments.

USE OF SERVICES, WEBSITE VISIT AND SUPPORT

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Information on Social Media on our network is solely related to business products & services we offer.

 

  • Information about business links we have is not shared publicly; however, we may mention the number of businesses entitled to specific programs.

HOW DO WE USE MEMBER'S INFORMATION

We use the information we collect from members for the following main reasons:

[ 2 ] To assist in establishing and maintaining business-to-business relationships.

[ 3 ] To facilitate registration for business travel and homeland security purposes.

[ 4 ] To coordinate promotional services, enhance support, conduct collective advertising, marketing of business services and products, and foster a conglomerate of business relations. and

Bank information that members provide to us, including Bank Account Number, will only be used to facilitate payment for our services, which is only acceptable if the amount is transferred from the Account Number that is recorded in our database.

 

We also use recorded telephone conversations for quality control purposes, for our own protection, for reviews, and for demand analysis.

SHARING OF INFORMATION

SHARING WITH BUYERS

Businessmen and Businesswomen who visit the destination will know the details of SELLERS from whom they will receive services. Such details include Seller’s information (Business Name, Business Type, Terms of Services, Guarantee of Services, Price, Tax, and Name of Representative).

SHARING WITH SELLERS

Business Travel Program, Trade Convention, Events & Trade Show program will be shared with Sellers. SELLERS will bid quotations to attract BUYERS. BUYERS’ votes will decide.

AUTHORIZED USERS

Protocol Trilogy Inc. is the only authorized superadmin of the website. There is no other technical process to view business information of our valued clients. We only share business information between SELLERS and BUYERS for legitimate purposes consistent with this privacy policy, including your business entitled name to market programs we operate.

LEGAL PROCESS

[ 1 ] No dispute or legal matter will lie or settle outside the JHARKHAND State of INDIA.

 

[ 2 ] In case of any dispute between SELLER and BUYER as per their TERMS AND CONDITIONS, we (PROTOCOL TRILOGY INC) will not be held legally responsible at any cost.

 

[ 3 ] If any third party other than you listed in our company database demands any information in writing, they should do so through departments responsible and permissible to request records of individual firms. Such third parties should clearly include in writing any of these reasons listed below:

[ a ] Violating our terms and conditions of use.

[ b ] Causing injury or other harm to, or otherwise violating the property or other legal rights, of us, other users, or third parties.

[ c ] Violating federal, state, local, or other applicable law.

 

[ 4 ] If a third party fails to include these above reasons, we are not forced to disclose information in any circumstances. However, the third party can approach individual SELLERS and/or BUYERS for complete information.

SECURITY

[1 ] Our website is simply information that outlines our services and products only.

 

[2 ] We collect information about interested sellers and buyers through other mediums such as business email and business contact numbers only. Such collected information is verified from our end to ensure we are dealing with legitimate sellers, and our buyers are legitimate too. However, we do not guarantee that the information provided by both sellers and buyers is genuine.

 

Only when brought to our attention, we can request the government for legitimate information or seek action against false information while connecting with us for business services or products.

 

[ 3 ] We will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your business information against loss, theft, and unauthorized use, access, or modification.

 

[ 4 ] The use of a payment gateway shall be at your own choice, and we do not take responsibility for bank-related issues.

WE DON'T DO

[ 1 ] We do not send business information, new opportunities, or surveys for demand analysis to your email, social network, or contact numbers without your consent.

[ 2 ] We do not disclose buyers’ and sellers’ information randomly, except when both parties are involved in a business package together.

[ 3 ] We do not hire agencies to contact you on our behalf. If anyone claims to do so, please refer to this column for verification.

[ 4 ] We do not ask for any payment in your email. If any pending payment comes to our notice, you may receive an email to check and confirm inside your business dashboard. However, the link to the dashboard or any details about you will not be mentioned in your email.

UNAUTHORIZED ACCOUNTS

Unauthorized accounts are those that falsely claim ownership of a business, either as a buyer or seller, without legitimate authorization. If you come across such accounts, please report your grievance to our HelpDesk. We will investigate the details and your provided proof, and if found to be against our policy, we will suspend their accounts.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR INFORMATION

Your business information is processed for the following reasons:

[ 1 ] In order to administer business programs, including Business Tours, Trade Conventions, Events & Trade Shows.

[ 2 ] Because it is in our legitimate interest to run a successful and efficient business and provide you with the Services and other useful content.

[ 3 ] In order to fulfill surveys for a new market and collect information to extend business links.

[ 4 ] Because to Advertise in Trade Publication, Influence Marketing, Forming Partnerships, Organizing events, and giveaways.

DATA TRANSFER

In order for us to provide the Services to you, your business information will be transferred to, and stored at/processed in India. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your business data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy.

 

We utilize online platforms where our website containing your business database will be stored. Additionally, your business information will be stored in our business directory. Please note that the use of banking partners and gateways is at your own risk. When we receive payments, the records are transferred to our servers, both online and in documentation.
